Why you should not use Thai cargo

I had cargo or more like a small envelope being sent from Cambodia to me trough Thai airways or so I thought. I decided to call them and ask them where I was supposed to drive and how to get to the new cargo area in new airport. I never been there but I know that in some area the security guards just going to swish you around because you do not know what to say to them.

If I had a name or a cell phone number I could easily call and him or her if there was any problem or if I got lost. I did not know if they had a special number so I called Thai Airways local number and waited for a good 30 min before I deicide to look for the Thai Airways Cargo website.

I found after a few searches on Google and there was about 30 numbers that I could try out so I started with the top one that was the customer support number.
There was no answer from 2 calls and 40 rings so I took the next number on the list and kept calling until I got the last one. It took me about 5 min each call and 30 numbers so that’s 150 min almost 3 hours of calls and no one picked up. I started calling around 15.00 and by the time I was finished I got an email from Cambodia telling me that the parcel would come with DHL instead and they by the way always pick up the phone day or night.
