Sorry but what’s wrong with the Thai lawyers. Please do not give me the BS about English speaking lawyers do it better. They have to use Thai lawyers in court anyway.
Don’t they have some kind of code of conduct? Don’t they know how to say no or recommend a college? Do they know any other words then “up to the judge?”
I never had a good lawyer in Thailand and I talked to about 30 of them. It looks like they never work since the phone is always off or they tell you to call back.
Some of my friends have even worse experience loosing loads of money to lawyers that just turn of the phone after getting money.
There must be some good lawyers that really fight for the client and doesn’t chit chat with the police behind your back. The lists from the Embassies are a big joke they are just the same as the rest of them.
