I think now is not the time to visit the full moon party or Samui island. I would not even fly or travel down south.
Some parts of Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Patthani has been declared disaster zones and boats have been told to stay put.
There have been ways as high as 3 meters crashing in to beach houses and flooded roads every where.
Big travel warning now for South Thailand you do not want to be a tourist there now.
