Thai Police break copyright law with Hello Kitty ripoff

The Thai royal police forces are going to make Police officers that do not behave like drinking and fighting to wear a Hello Kitty band around the arm. It will show that they misbehaved because the oink hello kitty banner will sure to stand out from the rest of the dark uniforms.

Now I have only 2 questions for them

1. Do they actually have license for Hello Kitty the Hello Kitty on the picture looks like a ripoff?
2. What are they going to give everyone that takes bribes? A picture of Donald Duckcs uncle?

I do not think Hello Kitty are that happy to be associated with this kind of thing Hello Kitty is suppose to be cute and not behave in a bad manner.
