The red shirts will not make a rally this weekend and the Thai government will not enforce the security act. The Thai PM might go to North Thailand to a meeting but that is a strong hold for the Red Shirts. Same thing happen with the PM was a Red Shirt and he tried to go to south Thailand. The Yellow Shirts was there to greet him with blockade.
The best solution would be to have a fair election and make all parties sign a peace treaty they no more blockades or violence. If both sides want democracy they need to accept if the other side wins.
The longer Thailand waits with a fair election the more difficult it will become to be friends and live together as a united Thailand.
