The Police and Government always have a funny way to punish people in Thailand. As soon a Police office have done something wrong they move them to inactive post where they can continue to take bribes and control things from behind the scenes. If they ever ever get a punishment they will move them to some other province and they can start over with the bribes and abuse of cases.
Yesterday some nice Police offices was move to inactive post because some Gambling that been running for years had been “discovered”. Why they not take nice house the posh car and fire all his seconds’ wife that he is paying with the bribe money in the same time? One thing China has done very well.
