Bangkok have launched a green Bangkok with free WIFI I do not know really what’s green about it but maybe they mean people should stay home and work. I do not know thing that’s really going to work just yet in Thailand but the free WIFI is good idea.
You need to apply and have a ID card to do this and the website is in Thai so you might want to ask the Thai girl next to you in the internet café for help. It is a good way to break the ice anyway.
