Something that I really miss in Thailand is the clear rules when it comes to Land Lords you almost every time have to go trough a big ordeal when the contract comes and you never know what small stuff the land lord have added for there own benefits.
To pay the rent is also a big joke; you pay to some girl that gives you a peace of paper if you are lucky sometimes they come and ask you why you have not paid and then you have to find that scrappy paper some where.
