September 23rd, 2007 — Airports, Hatyai, Phuket, Travel Thailand
The same air line had another incident just one week after it was a plane it was the flight from Bangkok to Hat Yai yesterday had a minor crash landing, but the pilot managed to control the aircraft. Some passages got minor scratches
If I was an air traveler right now I would NOT fly with One-Two-Go until they shape up. My life is not worth to be risked for a few extra saved THB.
The Government is looking after the Safety at Phuket Airport and maybe is planning is to build a bigger hospital closer to the airport since the only one close to the airport can not take care of this kind of injuries.
They will also get better fire fighting equipment and upgrade its safety lets see if its just words as usual or if something really gets done. As you saw on the video on this blog from the crash the plane was burning 1 after the crash.

After the bloody attack on the city of Yala in South Thailand 11 soldiers were killed when a bomb exploded under there truck. The once that did not die in the blast was shoot in the head by the Muslim insurgents. You might think that the government and military should find a safer way to transport soldiers since this is the most common way the soldiers die.
Also 5 Muslims were killed when praying in a mosque all were young around 20 years old.
Over 2200 people have been killed since 2004 and the government have deployed over 30 000 troops with more to come to try to stop the attacks.

A van carrying police officers was also attacked but they open fire and the insurgents drew back into the jungle.
They also cut down a big sector in a rubber three plantation and the police think its just to make trouble and cause unrest. No one was hurt but the insurgent’s have shoot rubber plants workers before.
