People who make always love to make fun by calling the fake call to the emergency hotlines should be aware because from now on the new law will be affected to fine 5,000 Baht anyone who makes hoax calls to emergency hotline.
This law will be affected on March of 2008. The government put the device at the Narenthorn center to log all incoming phone calls, so the staff could trace the hoax calls’ callers and get fine finally. Of course that most of the hoax calls were made by children. I still can remember the time I made the hoax calls with friends when I was young, but beware kids, because it’s not fun anymore since it’s a crime to make hoax calls and you will be shocked with the true statistic that there was about 7,312 prank calls from Dec 28 to 31.
Remember that how many times that the staff will waste their time on something doesn’t really exist and the one who really need help had to wait or hold the line for all people who do prank calls instead. That’s ridiculous.
Ok, I don’t have to make it too stress for you guys to read. But I just want you all to realize the fact of what happened if you do something which seems harmless to you but it might harm someone else. I know you will not get someone die or hurt by making hoax calls but it should be a lot easier for the staff to work without the hoax calls to interfere them while they’re doing their jobs.

There is a new way to call from Thailand to other countries. DeeDial let you call other countries for 3 THB and you can call direct from your mobile or from webcall online. The way is very easy to use and the sound is clear when we called to Sweden. There is no monthly charged and there is many ways to recharge the account. An online account manager is also available to check the rates. This is one of the best ways to call to other countries from Thailand right now I think. You will also get free 15 min call if you sign up now to try.
