We are going to start a new fitness blog here. Well not on this blog but we registered a new domain name and we going to have a launch as soon as our site is finished and looking as good as we want it. Fitness is booming in Thailand and new clubs are popping up like magical mushrooms after a hot rain in the end of the summer. The domain will be Thai-fitness.com and we will off course keep you posted when we have it ready.

After Power Punch fitness yesterday I talked with some of the girls after and one of them showed me a old photo of here. She is kind of big now as well but when you look at the photo and how many kilos she lost its amazing. Off course loosing lots of kilos requires training in the fitness center but she also used A natural solution for fat-burning Dynathin. She has lost 20 kilo in only a few month and I must say this stuff really works.

Staying fit is important were ever you living. The fitness industry just started in Thailand and it’s really nice to see more and more people starting to take car of their body and spirit. I think the government should sponsor the fitness more and make more people go to fitness even if some district in Bangkok have free aerobic or cheap fitness gymnasium there is always more they can do to make the population in Thailand more fit and healthy.
We also need more qualified staff in Thailand to teach the Thai people about diet and health because the use of sugar from all the 7/11 shops is spreading like wildfire and many children getting overweight to quickly. If you can not find information about personal training where you live, try the internet if you want to know more about stuff like jogging, stretching, diet, or fitness for women
I usually go to California x WoW or something like that (they change names all the time) it’s a offspring from California fitness in the USA and its one of the biggest fitness chains in Thailand. Before I only did weight but since I moved to Thailand I now enjoy Power Punch, a form of Thai Boxing and I also do Body Balance and Piyo.
