Ok Eric listen up ok.
It does not matter how many fitness machines you put on each other it will still be to little space. If you put them any closer you will need a map to get out of the labyrinth.
The fitness is now even more crowded at ten at night not as before only at six and it’s really packed. To make it even worse people go there to socials and not to work out and they form groups of 10 – 20 people running around and well what do boys do?
The many cockroaches on the toilets are disgusting and it’s just a matter of time before they start running out in the fitness center. The toilet now officially smells like a toilet and it does not matter how many smell me good perfumes you put in.
The cleaners are more interested in picking up empty bottles from the garbage then wipe of the machines and even if she wipes them off she is the same cloth for all machines.
Have you seen the personal trainers in Pattaya WOW? Even if some of them take steroids they are still the best trained personal trainers I seen in WOW. The personal trainers in Silom look like they never exercise.
Why have a Kick fit when you have the best Thai boxing trainers on the 14 floor in Power punch? The personal trainers in Silom do not even know how to kick fit them self’s in the first place. There is only one that is worth the name and he also a trainer for the Bodycombat.
The “juice” bar has been closed for almost 6 month now and the water you giving away for free is not worth drinking.
I must say I really like the CD they played on Sunday with the song “xxxx my xxxx hole really deep – I like it when you xxxxx me really hard – please I want xxxx your xxxx hmm hmm” but do all people over lets say 40 appreciate it?
Eric shape up or people will leave or is that the plan?

Fitness Center WOW California in Ratchayothin Thailand is being closed for at least 2 month after a fire broke out in the Christmas decorations. On the website of California wow it says closed for renovation but the real reason is fire.
There is no information on the website where the member should go instead or where the people that have one club card should go.
The club was already late to open drawing massive criticism from the members that already bought a membership card month in advance a source from California WOW said.

A storm has raised against Susan Sutton a “oversized lady” currently living in Chiang Mai.
She wrote in to the Bangkok Post saying the following.
It is very difficult for oversized women to travel in Bangkok because of small taxis and little seats on the skytrain and the subway. You have almost nothing in the stores for oversized women and you never have articles in the Bangkok Post that address our special needs.
Thai women all look undernourished; the way they dress is disgusting, and the cosmetics they use are cheap and tacky.
Please address these issues in your newspaper.

I guess her husband has an affair with a Thai women or she alone and nobody looks at her beucase all the tacky and cheap Thai girls around, really?
Thai girls are always in nice dresses and always take care of their looks, sure some times the make up can be cheap but they don’t have enough money to buy exepinse once. But they always try their best to look nice.
I would be very nice if some western ladyes would follow suit and stop dressing like men after they got married.
When I see western ladyies in holiday I wonder if they ever dressed like a real WOMEN in their eniter life.
Susan Sutton you need help or maybe a fitness trainer. There is a new Carlifornia WOW open now in Chiang Mai go for it.
One more thing when you go to the immigration at the airport please bring the Bangkok Post article with you to show all the tacky dressed lady working there I am sure they will help you loose another 5 KG with cavity search.

Now the great TV season is back in Thailand Lost shows at AXN every Thursday and Saturday at 22.00 double episodes so do not go away after the advertising.
UBC have started to show Entourage from the 30 JULE and surprisingly not to so show the old episodes before well you can always buy them on the local pirated DVD shop in Pantip plaza.
Then you always have my favorite tease in the afternoon from the old fashion TV channel Chic TV our own WOW California Fitness 20 min work me out dance aerobics. They beat the girls in the Australians morning aerobic with all the moaning and open mouths yummy yummy get me some. Sorry Bow but you look very nice 
And if you bored with all the unsolved crimes in Thailand you can always rest assure that C.S.I will save the day.
