Come on now True one more messages and I will start spam you customer service. I get a SMS every around nine in the morning, that’s ok. But yesterday you sent me a news update from some non important news, a bid on some Thai eBay and then 3 other SMS I have no idea what they mean.
It is with fear I see the new stations being set up around Bangkok and they will send you a SMS every time you pass a store. It will be so many SMS in ever bodies phones that I am not sure my memory will be enough.
So please True stop sending SMS in Thai that I can not read anyway or I will start sending back to you.

Found a website that is really funny and a good guidance to open a internet account in Thailand. I wrote about this problem many times on this blog.
It has always been known that Thai internet providers like to blame the error on the customer and hope that the error will go away by it self. The True Thailand customer support for example is so bad you should eat Prozac before you call them.
Most Thais just go with the flow and if the internet is off they can not do much but western people like question everything and they should beucse the internet providers is lying to you in Thailad big time.

Your family will stay hungry. You tell it Seven Eleven and they do everything to make the stone as soft as possible. They run to you to show you that their rice pack really full with rice. But every day you go to buy a pack. There is again a stone inside. You call the shop and they tell you, that you have too cooking the stone, you have to paint it and you have to bring it back. They will exchange it to a softer stone. But finally you still have a stone in the pack. You try to change? Now way! You sign a contract with them that you have to get it every day from same supplier!

Amazing True Company in Thailand, they do not even have the name True Thailand first on a Google search how you expect them to even run an internet company.
I been ranting them so many times over the last years what problems they caused me and so many other internet bloggers have written about them as well. Here you can see some of the nice things I have written about True.

I have hoped that they fixed the problem they are having by themselves but after 10 days I can not stand the internet jumping on and off all the time. I called them and he came back and asked me if paid my bill?
Short story: they can not find my bill and have not sent me one for 5 month and I have asked for it many time so not my fault.
He then asked me about the modem and I told him I have a Pro Link and he answer as usual that they not have Pro Link daaaa they said that before so many times and they sold it to me but True Internet Thailand always denies it.
Then he tried to set the modem but I could hear he had no idea and he said he have to send a technical staff even if the girl from True Customer Support last week did know what the problem was and how to set this modem.
He also told me that the True Network did not have any problems and them if it was my problem I had to pay for the guy from True that is coming to my house. I said sue me for the money I have 5 friends they have the same problem and he said only you (how can they lie to you straight in the face?)
We basically ended the conversation there because I can not stand people lying to you in the face or well over the phone.
My assumption that is True Internet that has problem and not me is based on this
I never have problem for 5 month with True Thailand.
I had the same setting for True since 4 years.
I had a power problem just before the problem started
5 of my friend have the same problem with True and True Customers Support denying it.
The light on the modem is never down but the internet goes down for 30 sec.
Only one thing that talks to their advantage is that my modem could be damage in the blackout but how do they explain my friend’s problem then? I will bring a new modem here tomorrow and I can exclude that to.

I had a big power break here in my area last week. All power went off after a big bang and did not come back for a few hours.
After the power came back there was no internet and I called my good old friends in True Customer service. I had so many talks with them before and it’s kind of a fact that they are laying the ears off themselves. Most of the people living here know about the problem and the Thais do not really question somebody like western people do.
The internet is down every 10 min in my house now and according to True that is only me that is having the same problem but I can ask a few friend online and they will all have the same problem as me.
I have to call them today I know but the problem is I am just going be pissed off and irritated and they just going to lie to me. They just going to say it’s my problem and my software or hardware is damage and I have to buy a new one. Even if they know to 100 % it is not my fault the make the customer spend money on new modems, just so they can get off the hook.
After I call them today I let you know what happened.
