Thailand government has blocked another big site

According to the Google Blog the Thailand government has blocked another big site called Mashable.com but we have no information why they did it. The Thai government just un banned YouTube to everybody’s joy.

Even if the government promised not to block anymore sites and leave that up to the court in Thailand they still sneak in banns when ever they feel like it.
I don’t think the Thai courts would be able to keep with all proxy sites that open every day.

Thailand has not paid its Proxy license

It looks like True Internet or The ICT Government of Thailand has not paid its bill to http://bluecoat.com/. More and more users all over Thailand get the message that

Access Denied (license_expired)

A license has expired on the Proxy, and your request is not permitted: “The SGOS license has expired”
A new license must be obtained.

For assistance, contact your network support team.

Thailand has a strict block policy on many sites and that block is still intact but for how long.

Lets hope Thailand pays it bill soon so we can surf in a safe way.

May the ICT ministry of Thailand be with us and protect us from Google DIGG IT!

Use FoxyProxy to see YouTube in Thailand

As I told you in my other post about FireFox Proxy there is other ways to watch YouTube from Thailand then use a site called Proxy servers. There is off course more then one plug in to the fast browser.

One Plug in calls it self the best plug in ever and says its faster then the rest and it is called FoxyProxy. Well the name is smooth but I can never get it to work but on the other hand I am not a Proxy server ginues I am just trying to watch some YouTube from Thailand.

About FoxyProxy:

FoxyProxy is an advanced proxy management tool that completely replaces Firefox’s proxy configuration. It offers more features than SwitchProxy, ProxyButton, QuickProxy, xyzproxy, ProxyTex, TorButton
