July 8th, 2008 — Crimes, Drugs
The government of Thailand has been out counting the drug users In Thailand. Last week they burned 15 tons of different drugs and declared that Thailand only has 200 000 drug users and 60 000 of them have been cured this year.
I do not know really if they counting the drug users in one province or they just picked a number in the head. Everybody knows that Thailand has a massive drug problem and to say they only have 200 000 drug users is positive thinking.
But it is the same wish thinking when they say how many tourist will come this and next year.

For all your lover of girls from the north with a Thai husband, drug addiction and some baby tucked away with grandma life has become more difficult.
From now the Thai girls does not need to have Mrs. “nang” in the title anymore. They can keep the Miss “nang sao”
The only thing is that they have to ask their husband (that you know about) if they can build a house (with your money) on your (read their) land.
Do you really think he would not approve?
So after you given the ex Thai bar girl a way to big “sin sot” to her toothless mother and downed her gold you build a house on their land, congratulations.
If you want to know if she is really married you need to go to the local ampur or a private detective, lawyer and ask them to find out for you. If you do not do that you will never find out or when you do it’s too late and all the money has gone to the husband’s house.

A Sweden man Patrik Löfgren 25 years of age got arrested in on off those silly mock up arrests again.
Sure I do not believe he all that innocent and I am sure he smoked marijuana before in his life but putting him in prison and asking for a 45 000 THB bail is just silly.
The Thai police are always trying to find ways to get extra money. Last weekend i was down in Pattaya and 12.00 I had two guys asking me in the middle of the street to buy some weed. If I would have bought from them i will be sure arrested 1 hour after by the set up police.
Any Thai person coming the same crime would not even see the cells he would be let off with a much small bail and maybe even a bribe for 2000 THB.
One person I know got arrested with about 100 grams of marijuana on the buss from Samet Island he was Thai and he paid 5000 THB in the pocket to the police.
To be put to Thai prison in a set up by some Thai girl is just silly. From what Patrick told the Swedish Aftonbladet.se he was not even holding the 1 cigarette and there were many people in the room. Where is the evidence?
Just one word of advice to Patrik and all others trying to leave the country before trial you don’t go from the airport in Bangkok you go down to Phuket or something with bus and take a boat or something to Malaysia or Singapore.

Two Israelis Alan Macloff and Vladimir Acronik have been arrested on Khaosan Road in Bangkok Thailand. They have been charged with selling drugs namely 23 000 ecstasy tablets.
There is not much denying it since they had the 23 000 tablets when they got caught. A large numbers of other Israeli’s was also arrested but they have been released posting bail or just dismissed from the case.
Khaosan Road is a favorite hang out place for Israelis back packagers and tourists.
The Thai police was tipped of by the Americans (yes the CIA, DEA and other agencies are very active in Thailand).
