Bangkok Post had an article about the new “cyber cops” in Thailand. The two guys who have the right kick in your door and take your computer with no warrants.

They arrested some poor webmaster that had some guest spammed his forum with sexy pictures. I am sure he uploaded some sexy picture himself but he was arrested because there was 1000 of pictures every day. If you are a lonely webmaster then its not that you want to spend time on, deleting other people’s pictures.

The “cyber cops” insulating that Thailand is full with webmasters that sneak into internet café to run their forum from their to avoid trace.

I do not know really why they bother to stop this internet website when the Thai “sexy” magazines are full with the same pictures and there are xxx movies in Pan Tip.

How about stop all the prostitutes and naked Go Go bars before they run after some poor farrang posting on some website. If he post pictures of his Thai girlfriend from USA he will do nothing wrong but if he do it from Thailand he risk 5 years prison.

The government of Thailand has been out counting the drug users In Thailand. Last week they burned 15 tons of different drugs and declared that Thailand only has 200 000 drug users and 60 000 of them have been cured this year.

I do not know really if they counting the drug users in one province or they just picked a number in the head. Everybody knows that Thailand has a massive drug problem and to say they only have 200 000 drug users is positive thinking.

But it is the same wish thinking when they say how many tourist will come this and next year.

I think I told you this before but do not rent a jet ski in Thailand. It can ruin your holiday and the wallet for a while.

Many tourists have ended up paying more then enough to scammers paying like land sharks on innocent tourist. The government of the different tourist’s areas has “tried” to do something’s but since the scams are so profitable nobody really want to stop doing them. Everybody kicks the money up to tourist’s police and higher so why stop it?

The best way to show them that they have to clean up their act is to stop renting them, just stop all of you tourists coming to Thailand.

At least one good thing is that the Pattaya police have said they do not want to take care of the problem anymore. If the rental company on the beach wants to go to the police after you refuse to pay the silly amount for no damage on the Jet Ski.
Then please go to the police and tell them that you are being scammed and want to file a report and notify your embassy. The police can not do anything to you because this is a civil matter and has nothing to do with the police. If the rental company threaten you tell the police and then let them escort you away from the rental company and do not go back to that beach anymore.

The police have told the rental company this as well, at least in Pattaya so that they will try screaming and other ways to get the scammed money.

The great Thai Police new cyber crime unit has so little to do that they are now taking up the fight against cyber “crime” out side Thailand. They are saying that this Xiao Yun Chinese website is illegal under Thai law (who cares).

The special Thai police force reported that they found one site from China that had a nude 19 year old student on the site. Wow they found one nude website outside Thailand that’s really good! (Monty Python Life of Brian anyone?)

They must have great recourse on their hand to find one nude website outside Thailand or maybe they have a child safety filter on their computer?

Anyway this Chinese girl raising money for the earthquake and the more money you give the more nude she will become.

Xiao Yun is here name go find the site yourself millions of others have but be aware of that visiting nude website from Thailand is a crime and using proxy site to go around the filter is also a crime.

Btw I was down Nana last night and I did not see 5000 prostitutes because that would be illegal in Thailand or I must have mist them because of the big Police station just in the corner was blocking my way.
