Easier to open company in Thailand

For all people having companies in Thailand the new government law that will be approved from July 2008 will come as a relief. From then you only have to have three people owning stocks in a company instead of the seven before.

No one knows really why it was as many as seven before but I am sure most people farang and Thais are very happy that it is now three.

Before when you opened a company in Thailand as a farang you had to find seven Thai people that you could trust or at least your lawyer had to find seven for you.
