My friend work as a real estate agent in Pattaya and he really hopes Thailand makes it easier for people to take a on the house a so called secured loans.

Right now foreigners can not take loans for houses since they can not even own the land the only thing they can do is take from a bank in Singapore.

The government of Thailand did it even harder to own a house now last month when they passed a bill to not allow foreigners to keep the majority voting rights in companies. But in the same times some banks have started to open up to people having a steady income in Thailand.

I was down in Pattaya for 3 days and I had a great time. The Pattaya girls are not for me I stayed to long in Thailand and they bore me to death. But I enjoyed the holiday anyway the nights clubs are open to 08.00 in the morning and there is no entrance fee.

There is so much different food in Pattaya and it nice some time to get real western food when you have been eating Thai food for a while. Still I would not recommend Pattaya to children families the beach is still not worth to dippy your toes in and staying outside Pattaya will be a better Choice.

I had a big power break here in my area last week. All power went off after a big bang and did not come back for a few hours.

After the power came back there was no internet and I called my good old friends in True Customer service. I had so many talks with them before and it’s kind of a fact that they are laying the ears off themselves. Most of the people living here know about the problem and the Thais do not really question somebody like western people do.

The internet is down every 10 min in my house now and according to True that is only me that is having the same problem but I can ask a few friend online and they will all have the same problem as me.

I have to call them today I know but the problem is I am just going be pissed off and irritated and they just going to lie to me. They just going to say it’s my problem and my software or hardware is damage and I have to buy a new one. Even if they know to 100 % it is not my fault the make the customer spend money on new modems, just so they can get off the hook.

After I call them today I let you know what happened.
