The so obvious low season from Mars 15 has been moved forward in Time. The big hotels in Pattaya and Jomtien area are seeing no end to Russian and Arabs visiting the two cities. The travel agents and sights outside these mega complexes do not share the same up turn. Most Russians stay in the hotels and in the private pool and if they travel they do it with the group in the hotel. Pattaya has for the Russian become something like what Grand Canaries was for the Swedes and Britt’s in the 1990s. Lets see if the Russians still going to come when the rain season comes in 1 month time.
