The Royal Flora Ratchaphruek 2011 is expected to attract two million domestic and international visitors during the 99-day period, or 20,000 visitors a day. At least 30 countries are likely to join the exposition. Many countries, such as Sudan, Kenya, Nepal, Indonesia, the Netherlands, Turkey, Bhutan, China, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Taiwan, Armenia, and Pakistan have already accepted to participate in this event.

The year 2011-2012 wil be the great years for Thai people to commemorate three auspicious occasions: The 84th Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty the King, The 80th Birthday Anniversary of Her Majesty the Queen. Major activities include an exhibition of the outdoor international gardens, an exhibition of the indoor international gardens, international and national art and cultural performances, international and national competitions, international symposia, the National Horticultural Conference, and a bazaar of agricultural products.
