Short film competition against TB is launched
The Department of Disease Control (DDC) is organizing a short film competition against tuberculosis (TB). The winner will get a royal trophy granted by HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.

DDC Director-General MD Manit Teeratantikanon stated that the DDC had cooperated with the Raks Thai Foundation to organize the short-film contest in a campaign against TB, competing for the royal trophy granted by HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.

Applicants must apply in a team and they must be all undergraduate students, aged not over 25 years. The film has to present the positive aspect of TB patients, their problems and their understandings about TB. The project is aimed to adjust people’s opinion toward TB patients.

There are three prizes to be won.The champion will get a royal trophy, 50,000 THB cash and a certificate of honor, the second winner will get 30,000 THB cash and a certificate of honor, while the third winner gets 15,000 THB cash and a certificate of honor.
