Six Thai people suspected of being involved in a phone fraud case were transferred to Thai police on Thursday.
The six suspects, along with one Chinese, were caught by local police in south China's Guangdong province in June 2012.
The criminal gang rented rooms in Guangdong to conduct phone fraud against people in Thailand, obtaining three million Thai Baht from them through this way.
An official with the ministry said that international cooperation in fighting transnational crime has become routine work in the course of China's economic development and opening up.
The ministry will further cooperate with related countries and regions to crack down on transnational crimes.
